To pay tribute to Jacques-Yves Cousteau’s 100th birth anniversary on June 11th 2010, IWC released the Aquatimer Chronograph. The design is simple, in a black and white theme with blue accents. It’s housed in a 44mm stainless steel case that is water resistant, up to 120 meters. It features an IWC automatic chronograph movement with a 42-hour power-reserve, Cousteau’s signature on its dial, and on its caseback, you’ll see a portrait of Jacques-Yves Cousteau, surrounded by the words “A Tribute to J.Y. Cousteau 1910–2010” .
